A warm welcome to our three new board members

We are thrilled to welcome three new board members with a wealth of experience from different sectors.

Heidi Flack, Interim Director of Homes and Investment for Cornwall Housing, has a track record of working in housing and the construction industry and brings strengths in asset management strategies, new build development, economic growth, and social value.

Former Director of PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP (PwC), Sarah Nattress, brings 25 years’ experience of working across various sectors, including appointments at board, director, and independent advisory levels. She has significant expertise in financial management, strategic development, risk, and corporate governance.

With more than thirty years’ experience working in the housing sector, Cath Owston has held a wide range of roles at all levels, most recently as Customer Experience Director at Yorkshire Housing, where she led service transformation across all the organisation’s front-line services.

Cath is also a board member at another Yorkshire-based housing association and has strong family ties to both Yorkshire and the North East. Her track record demonstrates her exceptional knowledge of meaningful customer involvement and the importance of being transparent and accountable to all customers.

Cath said: “I am pleased to be joining the Board of Beyond Housing at a time when it is looking to deliver ambitious priorities for new and existing customers.

Together with all the Board members we will be looking to add value, ensuring we have strong governance in place, offering support and accountability as we focus on benefiting our customers and communities.
