Customer Annual Report
Our 2022/23 customer annual report reflects how we have spent time navigating the challenges posed by the increased cost of living and economic outlook. Our focus remains the same as ever, in terms of doing everything we can to support customers and communities to manage during these difficult times. We remain committed to our four main goals, to improve Beyond Housing and outcomes for people by:
- Providing quality services to customers
- Building new homes and keeping our existing homes in top condition
- Investing in neighbourhoods to create great places to live and work
- Being a great place to work for our people.
