Customer Scrutiny Group
Join our Customer Scrutiny Group and become part of an independent team of customers who work closely with colleagues to review services and performance and give recommendations for improvements.
As part of this group, you’ll scrutinise services from a customer’s point of view, carrying out a number of in-depth reviews to look at important areas of the business such as repairs, customer service and complaints.
Full training, support and travel expenses will be provided.
Commitment level: 1 to 3 days per month – there may also be some ad hoc meetings as required.
