We value what our customers say – your input is highly regarded and listened to. You’ll set high standards of customer care and shape and review policies, making sure they are customer friendly, robust and fit for purpose.
You’ll work closely with each department, embedding customer involvement and learning how each service operates to create the bigger picture. This therefore looks to improve performance and services that represent your communities and we’ll share the knowledge about the areas you’ll be helping to shape.
Full training, support and travel expenses will be provided meaning everybody can contribute to the panel. We’ll share the knowledge about the areas you’ll be helping to shape.
Commitment level: Full day every quarter with papers to read before hand.
