Our Procurement team are experts in their field, constantly monitoring the supply base and benchmarking costs against other providers to ensure our customers, and our business, receive the highest quality and best value service.
We have a strong set of values which we expect all of our partners to adhere to.
We advertise our tender opportunities on In-Tend. Here you will be able to:
- View current and future tendering opportunities
- Self-register as a prospective supplier
- Maintain your own profile information
- Obtain tender documents electronically
- Submit tender documents electronically
- View your own historical records.
Our service contractors need to complete a contractor approval form to ensure any company carrying out work on our behalf is competent and capable of doing so. So if you’d like to be considered for the following types of work you can email procurement@beyondhousing.co.uk, and we’ll talk you through the process including where to submit your documents:
- Maintenance works
- Scaffolding, roofing and repairs
- Construction works.
- Any other services that require labour
