ReMOTE: Report anti-social behaviour from your mobile

Introducing the new ReMOTE app; a new way for you to report and receive updates on ASB from your mobile. To ensure we provide an effective and efficient service to resolve problems quickly, our new app will allow you to report any issues or concerns to us 24/7 from the comfort of your own home.

Download the ReMOTE app and you’ll also be able to upload any attachments including pictures, videos and sound files. You’ll automatically receive updates as your case progresses.

All you need is:

  • A compatible mobile device
  • An internet connection
  • An email address.

Getting started

Simply search ‘ReMOTE reporting app’ in your app store.

The first time you launch the ReMOTE App you’ll be taken to the setup screen. Press ‘scan’ then use your device’s camera to scan the this QR code.

If your device doesn’t have a camera, or you are unable to scan the QR code, press ‘problems scanning’ – this will make a URL box appear, copy and paste this:

Then press ‘Connect’.

Once the ReMOTE app has connected you will be taken to the login screen. Create a new account, pop in your details and you’re ready to go.
