Church Lane North regeneration progress update
Plans include demolition of selected properties, creation of new roads, on plot parking and private rear gardens, roofing and external wall insulation, along with around 33 new build properties for rent and shared ownership. The property mix will comprise of one, two, three and four bedroom houses, plus two and three bedroom bungalows.
We have achieved outline planning for regeneration of the existing estate, which includes a re-design of roads, external wall insulation, new roofs, on plot parking, larger gardens incorporating existing green spaces, additional parking throughout the estate along with bringing back long term empty properties back into use.
