We understand you may be feeling worried about what the coronavirus (COVID19) outbreak means for your income, home and paying your bills.
We want to reassure you that you will not lose your home due to the pandemic. While we still need to charge rents, we will not evict anyone whose circumstances to pay are affected by the coronavirus.
All court action for eviction is on hold until at least 23 August. If you have current court action, you will be contacted from the court and your customer income advisor about your case. However, if you want to get in touch, please call your customer income advisor directly.
