Your voice matters to us and we want to hear from you. Take a look at our current involved customer groups, see what suits you and get in touch.
Safety First Block Champions
Join our group of block champions and you’ll be the eyes and ears of the block where you live. You’ll carry out monthly inspections of your multi-occupied block, making sure all safety aspects are how they should be.
Join our Digital Voice group and be part of our online community to provide feedback on what we’re doing, any new ideas we’re looking to implement and offer suggestions for change.
Join our Tenant Panel and you’ll have a very important part to play in the governing and shaping of Beyond Housing.
Customer Scrutiny Group
Join our Customer Scrutiny Group and play a part in influencing policies and the decisions we make around the services our customers receive.
Join our Complaints Panel and support us to investigate and resolve complaints from fellow customers in a fair and transparent way.
