Eston Office

In our continuing efforts to meet customer needs and deliver a quicker and more personal service, we will be offering an increase in face-to-face appointments in customers’ home or at a location convenient to them.

Our housing officers are happy to visit customers in their own home or meet somewhere such as a local library, to help with any housing matters. It’s easy to make an appointment by calling 0345 065 5656 or emailing enquiries@beyondhousing.co.uk where one of the friendly advisors will assist you.

Following the increase in home visits and our commitment to personalise services for all our customers, we have made the decision to close the Eston housing office at Kingsley Road, Grangetown. From Monday 30 January 2023, we are asking any customers in the Eston area who would like to see us in person to either make an appointment for us to come to them or visit us at the Ennis Square office in Dormanstown.

The Eston office will close permanently to the public from Friday 27 January 2023. All colleagues based here will be relocated to Ennis Square, Dormanstown, Redcar TS10 5JR. Given housing officers will be out and about in communities more often, we encourage you to call us before visiting the office to ensure the right person is available to help you.

All customers in the locality of the Eston office were notified of this closure by email on Wednesday 18 January 2023.
Following the office closure, our teams will commence a review of the land and building to ensure it helps provide value for money to customers.
