* £35 fee if nominated responder is unavailable and a Coastcall responder is called out.

This service level is best for customers looking for reassurance, who do not need frequent contact and have friends and family who live close by and are able to respond to emergency call outs.

Please note, to qualify for this service, you must have at least one nominated friend or family member who lives within 45 minutes of you and is able to respond in an emergency.

Coastcall Premium

This service gives you access to our Coastcall responders 24 hours a day, 365 days a year, who can provide you with help, guidance and support in case of an emergency.

What’s included:
• Lifeline alarm base unit (unless you live in one of our hardwired schemes)
• Lightweight pendant worn around the neck or wrist
• 24 hour call monitoring and contact with our Coastcall responders
• A quarterly equipment check from our Coastcall responders
• An annual review of your information
• No call out fee for emergency call outs.*
* A charge may apply for over/misuse of service.

This service level is best for customers who are looking for reassurance and emergency cover, but who do not need frequent contact from our Coastcall responders.

Please note, additional telecare equipment such as a linked smoke alarm and fall detector may be provided for a small monthly fee.

Accommodation Based

This service provides the highest support and assurance available in one of our sheltered housing accommodations.

What’s included:
• Self-contained, centrally heated flats or bungalows built to meet the needs of our older or vulnerable customers
• A communal lounge for socialising
• A communal laundry room with automatic washing machine and drying facilities*
• Maintained grounds and gardens
• A 24 hour community help alarm link in every property in case of emergencies
• A sense of security and peace of mind
• Option to add on daily calls, weekly or monthly visits and extra care services.
* On some sites

This service level is best for residents who will always need the support of the Coastcall service. The service is compulsory and is only available to Beyond Housing tenants who live on our accommodation based sites.
