We are currently working with a third party quality auditor called Morgan Lambert to carry out audits on previously undertaken gas works/servicing in our properties.
Morgan Lambert will contact customers directly by either text message or letter to arrange appointments.
If you receive a text message from Morgan Lambert the number will be 07860 098610 and the text will read:
‘Your landlord, Beyond Housing have instructed Morgan Lambert to carry out inspections on recently completed gas works/servicing. The date of the inspection is ……… To arrange an appointment, please reply with AM or PM or call 01757 210598. Thank you’
We would like to reassure our customers that this is a legitimate company working on our behalf. The appointment can only go ahead if you respond directly to Morgan Lambert.
