When is my rent due?

Your rent is your most important bill and is due every Monday. You can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly. If you choose not to pay weekly though, we’ll need your rent in advance. If you do not pay your rent you may lose your home.

How do I make a payment?

At Beyond Housing we have a number of ways you can pay your rent. By far the quickest and easiest way to pay your rent is by direct debit. Payments will be taken automatically from your bank account it’s safe, secure and you’re fully covered by the direct debit guarantee.

We can set up your direct debit over the telephone. Call us on 0345 065 56 56 and we’ll be happy to help.

Who is my supplier?

As customers are welcome to change energy suppliers, an application is made to transfer the gas and electricity supplies back to British Gas once a customer leaves. Therefore, when you move into your new home, your energy supplier will be British Gas. Find out more.

There isn't a wheelie bin?

This is the council’s responsibility to provide.

Can I make alterations and improvements?

You can make alterations and improvements to your home with written permission from us before you start work. We need to ensure that the work you do is safe for you, your household and visitors.

What happens with my data?
