Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Salary: £110,000 plus benefits

The COO is a pivotal leadership appointment. You will lead a large team at the core of the organisation and colleagues will look to you for your leadership, inspiration and integrity. Working closely with the CEO and CFO the COO will run the business on a day to day basis delivering key services including customer services, housing and income management, care and support, customer insight and intelligence, repairs and maintenance and commercial management.

We are looking for an individual with a top tier career track record in a large and complex environment.  You will have raw talent, drive, imagination, leadership and team working skills in that rare blend that will enable you to look over the horizon and transform the organisation and the customer offer, taking our people along with you.  You will be at the forefront of developing the five-year strategic plan and the implementation of a new digital approach for our customers. We need well tested leadership skills, good knowledge of the customer and how to deliver an exceptional service.
