Quality Manager

Working as part of the Development and Regeneration team, this brand new role requires an experienced technical and quality-focused manager to provide high level support to the team. You’ll be leading on build quality to support us to achieve a high standard in the delivery of our new homes.

We have exciting plans to deliver 2,000 new homes by 2025 so we are looking for someone who has experience in a technical or construction role within the housing sector with a considerable understanding of technical and compliance standards.

It really is a brilliant time to join our team as we continue our journey towards zero carbon by 2025, giving you the opportunity to lead on the delivery of our strategic plan exploring low and zero carbon options including modern methods of construction (MMC) to achieve this.

You’ll be joining a lively, hard-working and passionate team, focused on delivering outcomes for the benefit of our customers and communities. We’ll need you to have a ‘can do’ attitude and the motivation to solve problems and reach solutions. Working collaboratively with others will be second nature to you, and you’ll be a strong communicator with the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Salary: £35,519 to £38,580 dependent on experience

Contract Type: Permanent, full time, agile working
