Asset Services Co-ordinator

We are looking for an individual who can think on their feet with excellent problem-solving skills. You will play a major role in the management of our land and land sales, working with our customers and solicitors to help provide detailed maps for future sales of land, utilising the GIS system.

You’ll be resolving land and ownership issues, which means we will need you to have knowledge of land registry and processes. This includes understanding RTB/RTA and shared ownership sales, as well as calculating cost floor, discounts entitlements and the preparation and issuing of all statutory notices required. We will also need you to understand and be able to set service charges, deal with regular leaseholder enquiries, manage commercial properties and provide estate management advice.

We are looking for an effective leader, who can demonstrate and embed a coaching style of leadership whilst promoting our company values. This may extend to taking charge or getting involved on any future projects relating to the service areas which the team covers, as well as supporting them with everyday issues from both internal and external sources.
