We have a rewarding opportunity available to join our Reach & Respond team to provide a support service helping older and other vulnerable people maintain their independence and continue living safely in their homes.
Working with minimal supervision, you will work passionately to deliver a support service to older people in their homes. The working pattern for this exciting role will be for 32 hours per week.
Based in the Hambleton area you must be able to respond to calls across North Yorkshire. This role also has an on-call service on an evening and during the night.
We are looking for someone who is forward thinking, solution focused and who will champion the services offered through our Reach & Respond service. You will love working collaboratively as part of a team and be able to use your own initiative too. You will be able to build strong relationships across the service area and with partner organisations. We will need you to have a high degree of flexibility, be computer literate and be an awesome communicator.
