Recruitment Co-ordinator

Do you have a flair for all things recruitment and onboarding/induction? Do you have a proven track record in delivering a first-class customer experience? Are you super-organised and driven to deliver service and efficiency improvements? If you answered yes, you could be the Recruitment Co-ordinator we are looking for!

The HR team have a fantastic opportunity for a Recruitment Co-ordinator to join us full time based in Redcar or Scarborough. We have ambitious plans to improve the way we recruit and bring our new colleagues on board; this role will be key in implementing our vision.  

You will have previous experience in recruitment, including a knowledge of relevant HR legislation and experience of working with a HR/recruitment system. You will be able to demonstrate a track record of delivering an effective recruitment service to candidates and managers. 

You will have a can do attitude with the motivation to solve problems and reach solutions. Good IT skills are essential, and you will be a strong communicator with the ability to work under pressure within a fast-paced environment.

Interview slots will be available on Wednesday 19 and Friday 21 January 2022.
