Asset Data Analyst
We have an exciting opportunity for the right person to join our Asset Management team here at Beyond Housing. Our team is responsible for driving forward our agenda to become a team driven by data and our efficient analysis of that data and translation of this into strategic narrative. This role reports to our Asset Performance Manager and supports the wider department on a project basis to ensure efficient processing of large amounts of data.
We are looking for an individual who has lots of experience using Excel and/or other reporting based systems as well as having a keen eye for detail. You will need to be comfortable dealing with large amounts of data and be able to work using your own initiative, exploring performance and financial information to support strategic asset management decisions.
Our Asset Management team delivers compliance, investment, energy and asset strategy functions across the business. This is delivered through a surveying programme, successful programme management, compliance oversight, facilities management, asset sustainability and asset services such as service charges and leasehold management.
