Development Support Assistants

The Development team are hiring!

We are looking for not one but two Development Support Assistants to join our lively team.

This is an exciting opportunity to start a career in development and play a vital role supporting the team in the delivery of our ambitious development and sales programme.

You will need excellent organisational, IT and communication skills to provide first class administrative support and brilliant customer service too, as you will be our first point of contact for customers and general enquiries.

This role plays a huge part in the delivery of our target to increase customers satisfaction with our new homes and will also take a leading role in the improvement of our defects management service.

You will be attending handovers, collating compliance and contractual documentation, adding new property information to Orchard and updating our project management system, Sequel. You will monitor defects on a daily basis, liaising with customers and contractors and provide a first class after care service. You will assist the team with arranging signature of contracts and legal documents and providing support in all aspects of the procurement process.
