We have an exciting opportunity to join Beyond Housing as one of our Caretakers. This role is responsible for completing caretaking and cleaning duties to domestic and commercial properties which will include tenanted dwellings and providing an excellent standard of workmanship and customer service.

The role also includes managing personal bespoke van stocks and materials; meeting deadlines for appointments and achieving targets for productivity. A level of flexibility and expertise will be required in completing the work ‘right first time’ with the minimum of supervision and the need for follow on trades.

You will be required to provide a wide range of duties connected with the delivery of caretaking and cleaning to assist repairs, renewals and maintenance. A key responsibility will also be to positively promote the company and a health & safety culture within the team, ensuring risk assessments and safe working practices are strictly adhered to.

To succeed in this role you will need to have a minimum of one year’s experience in a cleaning based environment, have excellent communication skills and be an effective team worker. You will also be required to hold a full driving license.
