Customer Insight and Engagement Advisor
The Customer Experience
The newly formed Customer Experience team has been created to give all Beyond Housing customers a voice and an opportunity to shape the service we deliver to meet their needs. The service area will deliver change and improvement based on real data and insight.
You will be working with Beyond Housing’s involved customers to ensure they are a kept up to date with what we are doing. You will be responsible for nurturing relationships with the involved residents ensuring that their ideas, comments and actions are brought back to the team to help move Beyond Housing forward. You will be also engaging with all customers to encourage them to engage in our decision making. You will be acting as the first point of contact for engaged customer related issues and required to bring to life the voice of Beyond Housing customers using quantitative and verbal data gathered through there feedback.
The successful candidate will be personable, friendly and enjoy working with customers and colleagues across the business. You will be driven with an appetite for improvement to generate positive business and customer outcomes. An organised, responsible and accountable attitude to their work.
