Programme Manager - Dormanstown, Redcar

We're looking for an experienced programme and project manager to lead our newly established Programme Management Office (PMO). As manager, you'll be front and centre in shaping, developing and delivering a range of integration and strategic change programmes, ensuring that we're achieving the best possible outcomes for our customers and the business. 

You'll be a strategic thinker, with experience in designing, delivering and monitoring complex programmes and projects. Ideally, you'll have a sound knowledge of programme and project management in a complex environment and a track record of delivering transformational change. You'll be skilled in bringing people together and building relationships to achieve the strategic aims of the business. The ability to objectively evaluate the outcomes, benefits and performance of projects and programmes will also be an essential part of the role, as will using your findings and lessons learned to optimise the future design and delivery of programmes and projects. 

You'll be joining the small, but perfectly formed strategy and change directorate. Working alongside strategy, ICT and the marketing and communications team you'll have all the support you need to develop and deliver integration and strategic change programmes and make a lasting impact on the direction of the business.
