Customer Income Advisor
We have an exciting opportunity to join our amazing team as a Customer Income Advisor based in our Scarborough office.
We do so much more than collect rent and track down arrears. We support our customers when they need us most. Building relationships with our customers would be second nature to you and, with your impressive knowledge of welfare benefits and universal credit, you’d work tirelessly to make sure our customers are receiving the maximum amount of income. After all, providing a roof over a customer’s head is just the first part of their journey with us, and we want that journey to last.
Let’s be honest, it isn’t all plain sailing. As well as being caring and considerate to a customer’s situation, sometimes a difficult or tricky conversation has to happen and action sometimes needs to be taken. But with your tact, diplomacy and top notch people skills, we know you’ll have it covered.
So if you think you can nip things in the bud before it spirals by negotiating with the customer what's best for them as, well as the business, then we’re keen to find out more about you.
