ReMOTE: Report anti-social behaviour (ASB) from your mobile
The ReMOTE app is a convenient way for you to report and receive updates on ASB from your mobile. To ensure we provide an effective and efficient service to resolve problems quickly, our new app will allow you to report any issues or concerns to us 24/7 from the comfort of your own home.
Download the ReMOTE app and you’ll also be able to upload any attachments including pictures, videos and sound files. You’ll automatically receive updates as your case progresses.
All you need is:
- A compatible mobile device
- An internet connection
- An email address.
Please note that the app is currently only available for iPhone users. Please complete this form if you have an Android.
Getting started
Search ‘ReMOTE reporting app’ in your app store.
The first time you launch the ReMOTE app you’ll be taken to the setup screen. Press ‘scan’ then use your device’s camera to scan this QR code, this will ensure your account is linked to Beyond Housing and that only we will receive your reports. This QR code will not work outside of the Remote App and will not take you to the app itself.
Once the ReMOTE app has connected you will be taken to the login screen. Create a new account, pop in your details and you’re ready to go.
