On the day your repair is due to be carried out, please ensure the space and area the operative will need access to is clear of any items. For example, emptying cupboards, removing items from the loft or lifting any laminate flooring.
To protect the health and wellbeing of our operatives, we please request you do not smoke in your home in the hour leading up to an appointment, to ventilate your home prior to our operatives arriving and not to smoke whilst our operatives are present.
