Repair appointment booking tip!
When reporting a repair on Me & My Home, the calendar displays the earliest possible appointment. Choosing ‘no available slot’ automatically schedules a later appointment. If you change your mind and call us, you’ll still be offered the same first available slot displayed online. So, for the fastest fix, book it straight away!

No. Me & My Home is for existing Beyond Housing customers. To bid for a property, you will need to register with:
Tees Valley Homefinder (for homes in the North East)
North Yorkshire Home Choice (for homes in North Yorkshire).
On the day your repair is due to be carried out, please ensure the space and area the operative will need access to is clear of any items. For example, emptying cupboards, removing items from the loft or lifting any laminate flooring.
To protect the health and wellbeing of our operatives, we please request you do not smoke in your home in the hour leading up to an appointment, to ventilate your home prior to our operatives arriving and not to smoke whilst our operatives are present.
