In the event we arrive at your home and the repair is identified as your responsibility not ours, but we feel the work must be done due to health and safety concerns, we will carry out the work and charge you accordingly.
We will always tell you about any charge before we carry out the work and try to give you a rough estimate of the cost. In emergencies you will receive the bill after completion. For other work, we may ask for payment before the work is undertaken.
