Apprenticeships
Our apprenticeship programme offers you great pay in a variety of roles, while giving you the opportunity to gain an industry recognised apprenticeship standard.
We take on apprentices in trade roles such as electrical, joinery, painting and business roles such as finance and business administration, so there’s something for everyone
First-year apprentices at Beyond Housing can expect to earn £8.60 per hour, much higher than the present £5.28 national minimum wage for apprentices. After completing the first year of your course, you will receive a significant raise in hourly pay, to £12 per hour. This is currently the Real Living Wage Foundation recommended hourly rate of income based on living costs.

Apprenticeships and beyond
Amie, Olivia and Zoe share their apprenticeship journeys and explain why an apprenticeship might be a great opportunity for you!
At 24, Amie thought she was too old to start an apprenticeship… fast forward and she is still with Beyond Housing in role she’s super passionate about and has even met the love of her life!
From gaining a whole new skill set to making new friends and growing in confidence. Olivia’s advice is simple… if you are thinking about applying for an apprenticeship with Beyond Housing – just go for it!
Zoe needed more experience and training after taking time out to have children. Her apprenticeship gave her the perfect opportunity to build her skill base and get her ‘foot in the door’ – she hasn’t looked back since.
