Paying my rent

At Beyond Housing, rent is due every Monday, but you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly – whichever’s the most convenient. All we ask is that if you don’t pay weekly, we’ll need your rent in advance.

How do I pay?

By far the quickest and easiest way to pay your rent is by direct debit. Payments will be taken automatically from your bank account. It’s safe, secure and you’re fully covered by the direct debit guarantee. All of our new customers need to pay this way.

We can set up your direct debit over the telephone with no need to fill in any forms. Simply call us on 0345 065 5656. What could be easier?

If you haven’t got a direct debit set up, you can pay online using Allpay or by text.

Why not create an account on one of our customer portals? Once you register, you’ll be able to view your rent account balance, make a payment or set up a direct debit, report and track repairs, update your personal information, view and print rent statements.
