Paying your rent during the coronavirus outbreak
We understand this is a really difficult situation for some of our customers. Our team are on hand to help you with this and make sure you get the support you need.
If you are directly affected, you might be able to pay less for a while. Although you will still have to pay the balance at a later date, we will set a sensible repayment agreement with you and we can assure you this situation will not affect your tenancy.

As well as being contactless, direct debit is the most efficient way for you to pay your rent. We offer various payment frequencies and dates to make it more convenient for you. If you don’t have a direct debit and would like to set one up then please start a live chat with us or email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will arrange for an advisor to contact you.
To help you manage your outgoings, we are currently trialling a new service where a text or email reminder is sent to you three days before your direct debit is due to be taken. If you are worried about paying your rent, it’s important you speak to us as soon as possible – we’re here to help.
At Beyond Housing, rent is due every Monday, but you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly – whichever’s the most convenient. All we ask is that if you don’t pay weekly, we’ll need your rent in advance.
