Some exciting changes are coming to our Redcar office
We’ll shortly be bringing you a brand new and improved reception area.
This means our Redcar office will temporarily close to customers after Thursday 14 April 2022.

If you require a face to face appointment but are unable to travel, please contact us on 0345 065 5656 and we will arrange for your dedicated Communities Advisor to call you back to arrange an appointment with you at your home.

You can report repairs using live chat on our website, or through Me & My Home which also provides an overview of your rent account and lets you make payments.

Face to face
Make an appointment at our Eston Housing Office between 8am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Communities Advisors covering Redcar and East Cleveland will temporarily be based here.
