Universal Credit: Updating your to-do list
From Monday 4 April 2022, all Beyond Housing customers who claim Universal Credit will need to update the to-do list in their online journal.
- You’ll need to access your journal by signing in to your Universal Credit account
- Your to-do will be personalised to your own circumstances. Here are some examples below:
Screen 1 – Select “Yes” to say Housing Costs changed on Monday 4 April 2022
Screen 2 – Select “Yes” to still being charged weekly for rent and then insert the new rent amount
Screen 3 – If there are service charges to pay select “Yes” and insert the amount of the eligible service charges (this will be detailed in your rent increase letter). If no service charges, select “No”.
