We’ve been recognised for our inclusive workplace culture
Wednesday 13 December 2023
We have been recognised for our commitment to inclusivity and diversity in the workplace for the third year in a row. We have once again been ranked in the 2023 Top 100 Most Inclusive UK Workplaces, a prestigious national list published by the National Centre for Diversity, this year coming in at number 62.
This recognition comes as a testament to Beyond Housing’s dedication to creating a workplace environment where everyone feels welcome, valued, and empowered to reach their full potential. We have been working closely with the National Centre for Diversity to go beyond our Investors in Diversity accreditation to achieve Leaders in Diversity, a significant milestone that signifies a comprehensive approach to inclusivity and diversity.
Catherine Clennett, Director of People at Beyond Housing, expressed her pride in the company’s achievement, stating, “People are at the heart of everything we do at Beyond Housing, from our colleagues and customers to the wider community. It is essential that we foster a culture where everyone feels included, valued, and respected.
“Our ranking in this prestigious listing demonstrates our commitment to inclusivity and diversity, and it is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our colleagues. We are committed to continuing to build upon this success and integrate an ethos of inclusivity throughout Beyond Housing as we strive for Leaders in Diversity accreditation.”
