The days are shorter and the temperature has dropped so it’s important for you to prioritise your health and wellbeing as the winter months roll in.

Winter can have a significant impact on a person’s health and wellbeing including; an increased risk of contracting colds and viruses, reduced light from the sun causing seasonal affective disorder (SAD), and generally, people are more likely to feel sad and lonely because they may not leave their home as much.
