A warm welcome to our two newest directors
We’ve welcomed two new directors into the fold at Beyond Housing, with David Chadwick appointed as our new Director of Property and Commercial Operations and Chris Roberts joining us as Director of Customer Service.
David has over 30 years’ experience of managing operations and joins us after working as Head of Operations for Fix360, the new contracting arm of Your Housing Group, having formerly held the post of Group Head of Operations for Torus Group.
As a qualified chartered manager with a number of post graduate management qualifications, David has a record of achieving high performance levels in new and established teams.
Prior to joining the Beyond Housing family, Chris was Head of Contact Centres for online grocery retailer Ocado Group, responsible for the strategic multi-channel service delivery for over 800,000 customers and leading transformation change of its contact centres.
Before this, Chris spent a number of successful years with Newcastle based housing association Home Group, implementing and driving strategies to enhance the customer experience and modernise service delivery, with the goal of achieving fantastic outcomes for customers.
Chris prides himself on being able to design and deliver outstanding customer service functions through collaboration and teamwork, not only delivering, but surpassing customer expectations.
