Respect works both ways
At times, our colleagues face shouting, abusive language, or intimidating and aggressive behavior during interactions with customers. We have a zero-tolerance policy for any actions that cause harm, fear, or distress to our teams.
To protect their well-being, our colleagues have the right to end conversations with individuals who engage in verbal or physical abuse.
We kindly ask that you treat our colleagues with the same respect and courtesy that you would expect in return.
