IMPORTANT UPDATE: CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)
We have made changes to our service offer following the government’s announcement on Monday 16 March advising to reduce non-essential travel and non-essential contact.
We have taken the decision to end appointments for non-essential repairs inside the home whilst the government’s health warnings for coronavirus (COVID-19) are in place.
We will only carry out emergency repairs inside where there is a threat to either the health of those living in the home or the potential for serious damage to the home.
If you have tested positive for coronavirus (COVID-19) and need an emergency repair, our operatives will wash their hands and sanitise before coming into your home and before they leave. They will also wear masks, overalls and gloves. We will ask all family members to be in a different room for the duration of the repair. All masks, overalls and gloves will be safely disposed of.
We will also be cancelling existing appointments for non-essential repairs within your home. We will be contacting you to let you know if your appointment has been cancelled. External repairs are unaffected and will continue as normal.
