My rent

At Beyond Housing we have a number of ways you can pay your rent. By far the quickest and easiest way to pay your rent is by direct debit.

My repairs

We work hard to ensure our homes meet the highest quality standards, but, of course, all houses need looking after.

Log in to check your rent balance, make a payment, report and track repairs, update your personal information, view and print rent statements.

My tenancy

Your tenancy agreement is a legal contract which details the agreement between you (the customer) and us (your landlord).

Contents insurance

We recommend that all our customers take out home contents insurance and we like to make things as easy as possible for you.

Improving my home

Your tenancy agreement includes your right to make improvements to your home with our permission.

My money

We have a team to help you understand how to keep your rent up to date, check you are claiming all the benefits you are entitled to and much more.

I’ve just moved in

We know you’ll be busy after picking up your keys, so here’s all the information you will need to know as a new customer, in one handy place.

Mediation

We believe that with some mediation support, we can help to make any situation better for both parties by amicably agreeing on a way forward.

Anti-social behaviour

We understand the impact anti-social behaviour can have on your life and that’s why we treat it very seriously.

Service charges

Service charges cover the costs Beyond Housing incurs to provide services to communal areas in your building.

Mould and damp

Everyday activities such as cooking, washing, drying clothes indoors and using portable heaters add to the existing moisture already present in the air.
