At Beyond Housing we look after 30,000 customers and we want every single one to be happy in their home. On this page you’ll find everything you need to feel settled, from getting a leaky tap fixed to how to pay this month’s rent.

Repairs and maintenance

We work hard to ensure our homes meet the highest quality standards, but, of course, all houses need looking after. That ís why we have dedicated teams of skilled in-house tradesman and independent contractors who carry out reactive and planned work.

Pay my rent

At Beyond Housing, rent is due every Monday, but you can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly, four weekly or monthly – whichever is the most convenient. All we ask is that if you don’t pay weekly we’ll need your rent in advance.

Reporting

If you, or anyone you know, are experiencing anti social behaviour as excessive noise, domestic abuse, harassment, threatening behaviour, hate crime, vandalism, animal nuisance, vehicle nuisance and drug or alcohol related behaviour, please tell us as soon as possible. And we’ll take the swiftest action to stop it in its tracks.
