The Procurement Act 2023 will come into effect from October 2024.
One of the key areas of the Act is to reduce barriers for Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs), making it easier to work with public sector organisations.
It is recommended current and prospective suppliers and contractors view the official government knowledge drops, which gives an overview of the changes to the regulations.
