Customer compliments - celebrating success
  • From operative’s going above and beyond to our housing officers recieving thanks for their care and compassion – this quarter we received 58 formal compliments from customers.
In the community
  • Voice of the customer – Customers helped shape key policies and services buy sharing feedback on complaints handling, acceptable communications, decorating voucher scheme, and fire safety management in multi-occupied blocks
  • National Involvement Week 2025 – We shared a range of events and stories showing how customers have influenced decisions that affect their homes, neighbourhoods and services
  • Celebrating community impact – Our Community Fund successfully awarded more than £10,000 to 21 projects across Redcar, Scarborough, and Whitby
  • Christmas in the community – We were involved in a range of festive community activities throughout December.
