Case study: Supply chain

Beyond Housing employability customer, Anthony, joined Equans for a week of work experience as a Project Manager, as part of their social value commitment to Beyond Housing – this commitment helps people to gain experience and gives them support in taking their first career steps.

Anthony gained valuable experience of some projects as they were nearing completion. Some of the inspection works needed closing down, and he also attended meetings with personnel who were involved in a range of the projects. Anthony was able to learn from the Pre-Tender Adjudication meetings, he worked on gathering information, attended on-site and worked with the planners for programming works.
