How does it work?
Once you’ve chosen your plot, we’ll provide you with a guide price (which is subject to change), ask you to provide some details and pay a refundable reservation fee of £100. You can then relax in the knowledge that we’ll be in touch with you as soon as your home is ready to be released for sale.
When we contact you to let you know your home has been released for sale, we’ll let you know the price for the home (which may differ from the approximate guide price). You’ll then have five working days to decide if you’d like to proceed with buying the home.
What happens next?
If you choose to go ahead, your early bird reservation will then progress to a full reservation, and you’ll need to pay a further £400 to make up the full reservation fee of £500.
If you change your mind and decide not to buy, we’ll refund the full amount of the early bird reservation fee back to you.
