Fuel Poverty Awareness Day 2021
Friday 3 December 2021
Today we are joining National Energy Action and many other organisations across the UK to support Fuel Poverty Awareness Day 2021.
Many people living in fuel poverty will struggle this winter. For some, it could be fatal, in most years around 10,000 people die across the United Kingdom because they are unable to keep their homes warm.
This winter looks to be even more deadly as the increase in energy costs will mean that many low-income and vulnerable households may have to ration their energy usage which may lead to illness.
National Energy Action have provided some helpful leaflets below (click the buttons to view them) and you can visit their website for further information, advice and guidance about how to overcome fuel poverty.

Our team here at Beyond Housing can also give you advice and guidance about fuel poverty.
