We are looking for two maintenance operatives to join our complex repairs team. We are recruiting for one vacancy in Redcar, and one vacancy in Scarborough.
In this role you’ll support one of Beyond Housing’s main goals: providing affordable homes where people feel safe and secure.
Working as part of the complex repairs, you’ll diagnose and complete repairs and maintenance in customers’ homes to a high standard. You’ll also carry out building works and support a range of trade tasks where required, taking pride in delivering quality work and achieving first-time fixes wherever possible.
We'll need you to have a customer-focused approach and strong communication skills. You’ll be confident using hand and power tools, able to work independently and use your initiative, while delivering quality repairs and supporting first-time fixes across a range of trade tasks.
In this role, you’ll work as part of the complex repairs department, supporting its goal to ensure customers homes are free from damp and mould, pest infestations, and disrepair.
