We're looking for a contractor manager to help deliver a wide-ranging capital and planned works programme, overseeing projects that improve the quality, safety and sustainability of our homes. From major component replacements to energy efficiency improvements and fire safety works, you'll play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards of quality and customer satisfaction.
We're looking for someone who thrives on building strong relationships, solving problems and getting the best from contractors and project teams. You'll have experience managing construction or property-related contracts, a good understanding of health and safety and compliance requirements, and the confidence to challenge where necessary while maintaining a collaborative approach. Most importantly, you'll share our commitment to delivering excellent outcomes for customers and take pride in seeing investment programmes make a positive impact in our communities.
You'll be joining a supportive and forward-thinking capital works team that is passionate about investing in our homes and neighbourhoods. Working alongside experienced colleagues and delivery partners, you'll help shape and drive programmes that make a lasting difference for both customers and the organisation.
