Liz brings more than 25 years of experience spanning customer insight, data strategy, customer experience and operational leadership.
Throughout her career, Liz has worked in large and complex organisations, helping them better understand their customers, strengthen services and shape strategies that deliver meaningful improvements. She is also recognised for building high-performing teams and championing the voice of the customer within decision making.
Liz will be responsible for leading our ambition and strategic plans to continually improve the experience we provide to customers across our homes and services.
