More new homes for Seamer

We have taken handover of the first phase of our new homes on the exciting Northfield Meadows development near the village of Seamer, just outside Scarborough.

Five of the new homes have been made available for affordable rent whilst a further five have been successfully marketed for sale on a shared ownership basis. These comprise a mix of two and three bedroom homes.

Carried out in partnership with Linden Homes, the project will eventually deliver 36 new homes, within a wider 241 home development.

In total, 25 of the homes will made available for affordable rent while the remaining 11 will be marketed for shared ownership.

Karen Howard, Development Manager, said: “It’s wonderful to see the first of our new homes on this beautiful site completed despite the necessary restrictions placed upon the construction programme by COVID-19. The successful delivery of these high-quality homes will underline our commitment to our ambitious objective of building 2,000 new homes by 2025.”
