Home health checks

To provide safe, comfortable and well-maintained homes, we regularly carry out home health checks across our properties. These visits help us to understand the condition of your home, identify any improvements that may be needed, and ensure our records remain up to date.

During a home health check visit, one of our surveyors will visually inspect the inside and outside of your home, this helps us to:

• Keep your home safe and well maintained

• Identify any future repairs or improvements that may be needed

• Identify problems early before they become bigger issues

• Make sure we have up-to-date information about your home

• Meet the standards required by the Regulator of Social Housing.
