Our new text messaging service
We are currently implementing a new text messaging service that will inform you when our repairs operative is travelling to your home to carry out servicing or repairs. The text message will be sent to the mobile number you provided at the time the repair was reported and will show when the operative is on their way.
The message will show an expected arrival time and provide you with a link to view real time updates. There will also be a link to call us should you need to contact us regarding the appointment.
The new text messaging service will be implemented over the coming weeks for all routine repairs and service appointments.
Please remember to contact us should you need to update the telephone number we hold, or if you need to change your appointment. There may be some occasions when even if you do need to change your appointment, we will still need to visit you at the arranged time and leave a card for safety reasons.
