Welcoming customers to their new homes in Kirklevington

With building work on the first phase of homes now complete, we have begun to take handover of 22 new affordable homes on the picturesque St Martin’s Green development at Thirsk Road, Kirklevington.
St Martin’s Green is a high-quality development of 145 homes, featuring a mixture of three, four and five-bedroom detached and semi-detached homes delivered by Story Homes. Beyond Housing’s £2.2 million investment will provide customers with a mix of new homes for affordable rent or to purchase through shared ownership.
Newly-wed couple Damon and Aimee Livingston have collected their keys
Among the first customers to move into their attractive new home were newly-wed couple Damon and Aimee Livingston, who collected their keys from Sharon Stapleton-Smith, Beyond Housing Senior Project Manager, along with a celebratory welcome hamper from Communities Advisor Gail Tombling.
Thrilled with her new home, Aimee Livingston said:
