Adaptations service
Helping you to live well and age well
We can help you to live more comfortably by adapting your home or by giving advice on other housing options available to you to meet your needs.
This is provided through our Supported Living service.
What are adaptations?
Adaptations are works carried out to improve access and mobility around your home. They enable you or your family members to live independently for as long as possible, and support you to maintain a better quality of life.
Adaptations fall into three category types, please click on each below to learn more.
